About the Program

Elite Connect is a program designed for people who make hotel reservations on behalf of their companies. The membership is for a period of two years, comes at no charge and is by Invitation only and on the discretion of the management of Elite Hospitality Group.

As an Elite Connect Member, you earn points each time you make a reservation at any participating hotels of Elite Hospitality Group. Please quote your name and membership number at the time of making a reservation. Once the reservation materializes, points will be automatically credited to your membership account. We will send you a monthly points statement. You may also log in at any time to see an updated statement of your points.

Earning

As an Elite Connect Member, you will earn 2% of net room rate for each room night booked. The points earned are valid for a period of two years and will lapse thereafter. A Member may also earn points on residential conferences. Points can only be earned for reservations made directly with the hotel.

Redemption

Points earned by a Member can be redeemed for a variety of options. 1 BD of eligible spends is equivalent to 10 Elite Connect points. You may call our Member Help Desk +973 17579151 or Email us at contactus@eliteconnectonline.com from your registered Email ID to request for a redemption voucher. The redemption voucher may take up to two weeks to reach you from the date of request.

Benefits

As an Elite Connect Member, you want to ensure that the guest booked by you at our hotels are looked after. All reservations made by you will be entitled to early check-in at 10:00 AM and late check-out at 4:00 PM, subject to availability.

Should you choose to dine at our hotels, do remember to carry your personalized membership card to avail of a 20% discounts at our coffee shops and the pastry shop on presentation of your membership card.
