A. ELIGIBILITY

  • Membership is by Invitation and at no charge. Membership is based on the volume of business generated for the company and solely at the discretion of the company.
  • Only individuals and Companies are eligible to become members. This scheme is not open to Travel Agencies, Tour Operators or Airlines and their employees.

B. MEMBERSHIP

  • Membership is valid for a period of two years and renewed based on the points qualification criteria set by Elite Connect.
  • New members shall be required to fill up the Registration Form prior to issuance of their Membership number.
  • The Member will be responsible for seeking necessary clearances or approvals from the concerned officials at his or her Company for participation in the program.
  • Membership Number may be shared among staff of the same Organization. However, this Account will be registered only under an Organization's name. Rewards credited to this Account will be authorized by the registered staff of the Organization only. Elite Connect will not be involved in conflicts among the Organization's staff arising from issues related to ownership/distribution of rewards.
  • Membership Number must be quoted at the time of making a reservation. Bookings will not be eligible for rewards if the membership number is not provided. To make a reservation, either call or email your completed Reservation Request form to Elite Connect Member Help Desk.
  • Should a registered Member resign from their Organization, points should be redeemed prior to the last day of work. Replacements have to apply for a new membership. Unredeemed points will lapse.
  • Elite Connect assumes that the Member is sanctioned by his / her Organization to participate in this program. Should there be issues or requests from the management of the Member's Organization for the termination of their staff's membership, Elite Connect will terminate the membership and forfeit all rewards earned without the Member's consent.
  • Room spends prior to the membership date shall not be eligible for points.
  • It is important to have the new Member provide a sample signature and mailing address which is needed for authorizing redemptions and for auditing. Any change in mailing address must be communicated to the Membership office.

C. EARNING OF POINTS

  • Earning of points is based on eligible spends booked by the member. Eligible spends do not include taxes, service charge and paid outs.
  • Credit of points is non-transferable between Corporates or Members. Pooling of points between members is not permissible.
  • For residential conferences booked, the Member stated as the contact name and/or authorized signatory in the Function Prospectus (FP) is the only authorized person to get credit for points for that particular event.
  • The Company shall provide Members with a points statement quarterly for monitoring of point production and redemption. In case of discrepancies, the Company's record shall prevail. Email statements will be sent on a monthly basis. Points will also be updated monthly on our website www.eliteconnectonline.com
  • Points will not be awarded for bookings made by Travel Agencies, OTA's, Tour Operators or for bookings of Airline crew. Points can only be earned for bookings that are made directly on a net and non-commissionable basis.
  • Points & awards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Incase a Member notices any discrepancies in the statement, they must bring it to the notice of the Elite Connect Manager within 30 days of the statement date along with the booking details.
  • Points earned are valid on a two year rolling basis and will automatically lapse thereafter. For example, points earned between 1st January 2017 and 31st March 2017 will lapse on 31st March 2019. Members are advised to redeem their points prior to the expiry date. Once expired, points cannot be revalidated.
  • In case of non-renewal of membership, points accumulated can be redeemed only up to six months after the expiry of membership and will automatically lapse thereafter.
  • In case two Members make the same reservation, points will be awarded to the Member whose booking is received first by the Elite Hospitality Group. If a Member calls or writes in for a reservation which the hotel is already holding through another source, then points will not be awarded.

D. REDEMPTION TERMS

  • All bills must be fully settled before the points can be redeemed.
  • Members can redeem the points once the corresponding minimum required level for that reward has been attained. They may also choose to accumulate more points to redeem a reward of a higher value.
  • Should there be balance points left from a previous redemption, this balance may be carried over and added to the next redemption. To redeem the desired reward, please fill up the Redemption Request Form and e-mail the same to the Program Centre. The Redemption request must be duly authorized through a Member Signature.
  • Elite Connect will acknowledge receipt of the redemption form, which will then be verified and processed. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for verification and processing prior to release of the reward.
  • Redemption vouchers may be subject to black-out dates. Prior reservations are required.
  • The Dining Vouchers can be used at any participating restaurant. Do note that the difference in your voucher value and bill value (including applicable taxes) is non refundable.
  • All redemptions will only be sent to your preferred mailing address as specified on the Application Form. Elite Connect will pay for all couriers within Bahrain. Charges for octroi or central/state duties or any other taxes will be payable by the member, wherever applicable. For delivery of gifts outside Bahrain, all taxes and courier charges will be payable by the Member.
  • Authority letter will be sent to Members for certain items that will need collection from the nearest dealer or office of the manufacturer. The member will bear any cost incurred on this account.
  • The gift vouchers have no cash value and must be surrendered at the time of availing the benefit.
  • The gift voucher is valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or re-validated.
  • The gift voucher is not replaceable if lost or stolen. However, if a voucher gets torn or spoilt, please mail it to the Elite Connect office and a fresh one will be sent to you.
  • The gift vouchers are valid for a period of three months, are for one time use only and cannot be returned. Points once debited cannot be re-credited to the Member's account.
  • All reward items are subject to availability. Should any item be out of stock, the Company reserves the right to replace these with an item of equal value.
  • Elite Connect does not guarantee in any manner the quality or durability of any of the items selected for redemption. Any complaint with respect to the goods received as redemption needs to be directed to the manufacturer. The Company further makes no warranties and representations, either expressed or implied with regards to the type and quality of services and goods provided through third parties.

E. GENERAL TERMS

  • After the expiration of the membership, points will remain active for a period of 6 months.
  • Elite Connect reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reason.
  • Elite Connect reserves the right to adjust the point value for earnings or redemptions at any point, without notice to the Members based on changing market dynamics. This will be announced on www.eliteconnectonline.com
  • Elite Connect reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the rules, terms and conditions, the duration of the program, the participating hotels, with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on the Member of the program.
  • Fraud or abuse concerning the program's benefits, gifts and programme usage are subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action. This will include the forfeiture of accumulated points, the termination of Member privileges and revocation of membership.
  • The benefits available through the Program Partners are subject to change and are governed by the rules set by the partners.
  • All disputes related to the program will be settled through arbitration.
